There was a young emperor that is taking over the empire when his father had died in the war. I don't think an emperor should be that young to take over at that age. Nobody knows what he is going to do. Is he going to benefit himself or others? His mother is also helping him telling him what to do. The is new for a dynasty and could be good for the young people. Should anybody stop him and his mother? He is dangerous and his mother could make him more dangerous where she could take over with him. There should be a minimum age for ruling. Since he is so young one of his uncles or cousin should take over and once he is old enough they must give back the power to the family so he knows how to control and can pass it down to his son. All the emperor has now is luck for his own. Somebody might kill him and his mother could be in full control. The emperor has a lot going on for him and a lot of pressure. The empire should do the right thing and that's to make sure the Han dynasty doesn't lose all its power to the people.
